Suncoast Pilates, a fully equipped Pilates studio in Palm Harbor Florida offers Pilates instruction and personal training. Now celebrating our eleventh year of reshaping clients in North Pinellas, Suncoast serves the Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Dunedin, Oldsmar, Holiday, Countryside, Tarpon Springs, Eastlake, Safety Harbor, Ozona, Holiday and Tampa, Florida area. The studio specializes in Pilates equipment training in private, one-on-one sessions, offered in a serene, non-gym environment. For those who have a friend or partner, the studio offers duo sessions. For those who have completed a minimum of ten private sessions and instructor approval at Suncoast, the studio offers group equipment sessions on select days and times. (Duos and groups are not appropriate for individuals with back, neck, knee issues or any orthopedic concerns or injuries; privates are then recommended.) And yes, Pilates is for men as well as women!
